HZ Tool - Monitor Tools

HZ Tool is a freeware tool for Windows 95/98 that lets you set the refresh rate for all resolutions, including the ones that Windows normally don't let you use. You can also change resolution and bit-depth.

Dead Pixel Tester - Monitor Tools

Dead Pixel Checker, shows different colours accross multiple monitors to allow you to check for dead pixels (manually!) Shows the three primary colours used in TFT screens (Red, Green, Blue) over the whole of all the screens you have connected. Also has Black and White to check all on and all off.
